WHAT´S NEXT?

Hi guys, I am writing here the whole work you are going to have to do in this year. Well, one of the several things you will have to do about a research work from a theme that you like the best.
Then, you are going to:
1. Choose your theme.
2. Find 5 sources.
3. Do a triptych about each of your 5 sites and a conceptual map from each ones. It would contain a summary, a glossary and two timelines.
4. You should do an essay from 5 to 10 pages.
5. You should do a poster.
6. You are going to present your poster to the group. (10 minutos with questions and answers).
7. Then, you are going to be ready to present your work in a Forum or Congress.

As you can see, you have already done up to the point 3, the triptych. So, for next Thursday, you are going to take to our week meeting a conceptual map from your theme that would contain a summary, a glossary and two timelines.

Next Thursday you will tell us what will be your theme and then we will be guiding you about the deadlines of your work.

Also, this Thursday we will do a roll in which you write the day you will be in charge of the activities of that day. You can talk about a book, a movie or something interesting that you know and we will have the opportunity to discuss and talk about it.

WELCOME TO THE ADVANCED ENGLISH COURSE

I welcome you to this site created especially for you. Here we are going to share ideas and to receive input for the work you are going to do throughout the year.

I have two options for you.
To work in TOEFL or to do some research work.

In case we decide in our first meeting the first option, I will post here some sites which can help you learn more and be more prepared for your TOEFL exam.

In the second choice, I will write here the tasks you are going to be doing and I will give you some sites for you to investigate.
